Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • We gladly accept returns of products purchased on skinceuticels.com within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Only items bought on skinceuticels.com qualify for returns; items purchased elsewhere (such as in clinics or other stores) must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Items received more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  • To begin a return, visit our Returns Center and generate a pre-paid return label.
  • Please pack the item(s) securely—preferably in their original packaging. Include the packing slip inside the return.
  • For those opting to use their own shipping service, you must still initiate the return online and include your invoice; we recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your return within the 30-day window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method for the item price.
  • Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the return for your refund to be processed .
  • If you used your own shipping method, return shipping costs are non-refundable—unless we’re at fault.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • To switch to another product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for your preferred product.

5. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to deduct an amount for shipping and handling if:

  • The return doesn’t meet our policy requirements.
  • The returned item shows clear signs of abuse, misuse, or policy violation .

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service immediately (within 7–10 days of delivery), including a photo and description.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

7. Returns for Allergic Reactions or Health Concerns

  • While rare, if you experience an adverse reaction, please reach out to Customer Service right away.
  • Provide a photo of the reaction and proof of purchase; we may request that no more than 15% of the product is used (per SkinCeuticals Australia guidance).
  • Upon approval, we will process a refund or replacement per the damaged/faulty item guidelines.
